Ken Burns “National Parks” Film

PBS will air Ken Burns’ epic film, “The National Parks: America’s Best Idea”, beginning on the evening of Sunday, September 27 through the evening of October 2nd. Each episode will air from 8:00 – 10:00 pm, with a repeat airing from 10:00 pm until midnight EST.

There will be a reprise marathon over the weekend, running from 1:30 – 8:00 pm. Episodes 1 – 3 will air on October 3rd, with episodes 4 – 6 airing on October 4th.

For the last three years, I’ve worked on music for this film – it was a lot of fun, and a very satisfying project. The folks at Florentine Films are the best, and so delightful to work with. I hope you’ll be able to watch this series; it’s beauty is stunning, and the story of our National Parks is a very compelling one!
